Making Exterior artworks & furniture

Local artists worked closely with Ratartat, a group of Specialist artists and a master craftsman, Owen Foale to produce garden furniture and exterior art works. Book making workshop for HIPPY caregivers

On the 6th and 7th of June HIPPY Cherbourg and Budburra Books, organised a book making workshop for HIPPY parents. Local Cherbourg artists were trained by specialist artists first. 2016 Reconciliation Fun Run – a great success!

Our third Reconciliation Fun Run was a great success – a day of building bridges, having fun and healthy living. Over 450 runners registered. Laurie Nilsen runs art workshop in Cherbourg

The Cherbourg Yidding artists were fortunate to be able to participate in a wonderful workshop run by well-known Indigenous artists Laurie Nilsen. Laurie is from Manadandanji country. During the Easter Holidays we held a two day yarning and craft workshop for young girls which was called “Trash to Fashion”.
