A volunteer community elder will lead the group through various exhibits. Short local documentary films will be screened.

There is a focus on Dormitory life and Stolen Generation and various films and screen.
Gives visitors a brief explanation of Living Under the Act and the history of Cherbourg.
Explore the involvement of our Boys from Barambah in the First World War and beyond. This tour includes using ipads and Augmented Reality to engage with the exhibition. It involves visiting two sites – the Exhibition in the Superintendent’s office as well as a short walk to the adjacent Barambah Memorial Park.
This was specifically developed for schools with curriculum outcomes in mind. It was developed by educators from Murgon State High School in collaboration with a Ration Shed Museum team.
Students will work with local artists and be given information about Indigenous art.
